He lives in Scotland and spends most of his time drawing pictures and tending to his pet budgerigar. He says that the source material for his artwork comes to him in dreams.”

Brice is a friend i made while in Louisiana, his work has always inspired me. His work has both a since of humor and a depth to them. He is also very good at taking painterly photographs, and I am a huge fan of painterly photographs.

Another portrait photographer who i find very to be very incredible/inspiring is Amy Elkins .

Alec Soth is my other favorite contemporary photographer. One of the reasons i am drawn to his work is that he has a very specific aesthetic. He could photograph anything in a way that you could look at the image and know that it was decisively taken by him. Also, his work is just fantastic and he picks incredible subject matter.
He also has an incredible blog which is one of the few things i check daily on the internet.
